We stayed at the cottage for the weekend as we were attending a wedding in the area. The hosts were super friendly and helpful showing us to our cottage and making sure we had everything we needed for our stay. The location is lovely and peaceful and the cottage was clean and spacious and was perfect for the weekend.

We had a wonderful time staying at Rowan cottage. Steven and Tina communicated with us before our stay to ensure we had everything we needed. Having two young children it was very handy to have a travel cot, baby bath and high chair provided for our arrival. The accommodation is ideal for families and spacious. There was a great range of toys, games and outdoor play equipment to use -which my son loved. Steve and Tina are great hosts and made sure we had everything we could need, they couldn’t be more helpful. Many thanks for a great stay.

My dad and I had a great stay at Steven and Tina’s. They were very responsive and made us feel right at home. When I arrived Steven took time to show me around the cottage and was very welcoming. The place was well situated and very clean, with everything we needed for our stay. A great experience and would highly recommend! Thanks guys!

This was our third visit to Hawthorn Farm. Steve and Tina are the best hosts, discreet, warm, friendly and super helpful. The cottage was beautiful, very clean very comfortable and everything worked so we enjoyed very cosy cold March evenings in snug surroundings. The only sound is birdsong and the wide skies and orchards make it the perfect spot for a really relaxing break. The cottages are situated near Canterbury and the lovely Kent coast with glorious countryside. There are plenty of farm shops nearby. Highly recommended!

Stayed in Primrose Cottage with adult son. The accessibility of the cottage was perfect for anyone with limited mobility. Steve was so helpful and available when needed. (unfortunately didn't meet Tina!).The cottage was well appointed and felt like home. It was very spacious. It was a brilliant location for visiting coast and country places. Early morning birdsong, fox cubs and rabbits in the field plus the bonus of a little owl on the gate a bonus to our stay. We'll definitely be back.

We've stayed in all but one of Steve and Tina's lovely holiday cottages...They are all superb, modern, spacious, sparkling clean, well equipped and set in between beautiful apple and pear orchards that provide a perfect place for a walk with a dog or to enjoy a spectacular sunset. They are so lovely and well set up that you could not just enjoy a holiday in them, but live there! Steve and Tina were attentive, accommodating, unbelievably kind and always on hand to help. Our experience was simply faultless. So if you need a beautiful safe haven or holiday cottage to enjoy all that Kent has to offer - at Hawthorn Farm Cottages, you will not find a better place to stay!
