Pear Tree Cottage is a beautiful luxury suite annexed to the main Farm House at Hawthorn Farm, available for bookings 20 weeks of the year between April and September. Pear Tree Cottage is perfect for solo travelers, or for couples looking for a peaceful getaway or romantic break in the Kent countryside

With it's own private garden, enclosed by hawthorn hedges and overlooking the neighbouring orchards, you'll soon be unwinding and feeling the benefits of getting away from it all! Comfy king-sized bed, luxury white cotton bedlinen, and a sumptuous spa bathroom including a large walk-in digital shower, a Jacuzzi bath and Bluetooth speakers. Centrally heated and double glazed. Free wifi access, and parking a few steps away.

Ground Floor

Entrance via a private porch with space for hanging coats and leaving walking boots/shoes

Open plan king-sized bedroom (sleeps 2) with sofa/seating area, HD Smart TV with DVD player, hairdryer, folding dining table/chairs, patio doors to private garden.

Separate kitchen with full size electric hob and oven, fridge freezer, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and dishwasher. Iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner.

Luxury spa bathroom with double ended Jacuzzi bath (with 22 air/water jets and underwater lighting) and separate spacious walk-in digital shower, plus Bluetooth speakers that connect to your phone/mp3 player.

Things to note

This cottage is not suitable for children - please see our other four cottages, which are more suitable!

This cottage is not suitable for pets, but we have two other cottages that are pet-friendly: Foxglove and Primrose

This cottage is suitable for people with limited mobility: it has access via a wide ramp at the front, but there's a couple of shallow steps down to the private garden at the back. This cottage has a large walk-in shower with grab bar, and a raised sink - although the toilet is not raised. 

If you have any special needs, such as reduced mobility, please let us know at the time of booking so we can advise you on the suitability of our cottages - and where possible, to make arrangements for any special equipment/facilities you may need prior to your stay.
